Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin re-emerged into the national spotlight to level a blistering rebuke of both President Barack Obama and the Republican establishment, calling upon a friendly conservative audience to "stop preaching to the choir."
Amid the Republican soul-searching on display at this week's Conservative Political Action Conference, the onetime GOP vice presidential nominee issued her prescription: "Now is the time to furlough the consultants, and tune out the pollsters, send the focus groups home, and toss the political scripts," Palin said, "because If we truly know what we believe, we don't need professionals to tell us."
Palin's speech the first major appearance she's made following the presidential election and her expired contract as a television analysts was equally critical of Democrats and the Obama administration. Her remarks were a tour de force of conservative memes about Obama, dinging him on everything from his golfing to the canceled White House tours taking place under sequestration.

A fresh taste of freedom.
Yes, Yes it is!
Charm is a huge tool in the art of persuasion and she has it in spades.
Its total fear..what do libs hate most(besides of course our Constitution) its being MOCKED..its what they hate more than anything
I love the way that it got under Karls skin. What a phony he is.
And they make it so easy to do. But so few are willing. Seems like they don’t WANT to use all the tools in the tool box...just the ones that don’t fit the job at hand.
Oh hell what am I saying...OF COURSE THEY DON’T WANT TO. That would mean they would win.
Ann Coulter trashed the establishment too in her speech, but it was what Sarah Palin said about the fat turd that really got under his skin..its hilarious, for someone supposedly “irrelevant” she was the #1 trending topic on twitter for TWO DAYS and being talked about non stop in the press..gee, I wish I was that “irrelevant” I wonder if Sean Hannity will still kiss Rove’s ass..if Hannity had the slightest shred of decency he wouldn’t allow that turd on his show
Sarah knows it's bigger than that!
That’s because too many in the “Establishment” are progressives..the one thing Glenn Beck said that I have total agreement with is that there are progressives in the GOP trying to destroy the Republican Party..when you have our House Speaker saying he is “proud” of Obama, gee what more proof do you need..I never heard Pelosi say that she was “proud” of Bush..we have too many on our side willing to bend over and kiss the ass of the RAT Party and abandon whatever principles they supposedly had
Palin is still unwavering, uncompromising, and dedicated. Regardless of what the establishment thinks, she never backs down. Lest we forget she cut her political teeth on the good ‘ol boy gristle in Alaska. And now she has a regiment of conservatives in Congress and elsewhere that she personally installed. Plain 2016? You betcha.
Sarah Palin rocks like no other.
Establishment jackasses despise Conservatives..they are nothing more than liberals, just better dressed..we have to throw them out of the GOP for ANY Conservative to have a chance..not just Sarah Palin, but ANY Conservative..why do you think the Establishment keeps on wanting to shove Jeb Bush down our throats..and the media loves Jeb Bush, because they could destroy him in 2 minutes if they really wanted to, but they are holding off, til he gets the nomination, then he’s done..the only way Sarah Palin or anyone else in the GOP has ANY kind of chance to win is to destroy the establishment
The Progressives are shaking in their boots.
They Fear Her and what she brings to the Table, i.e. getting them off of the table.
Is there a video of her CPAC speech? I had to work until 1130 last night and missed the entire speech. I’ll keep looking on FR and am sure I’ll find it on one of the threads.
It's worse than that: Boehner says he "trusts" Obama. That's the leading signal for an upcoming cave. Taxes are going up before April Fools' Day.
That ad has soon more than 100 000 likes on her FB page!
One of my favorite quotes.
Of course, being a guy, I loved her joke about her “rack”. LOL
Imagine a country with her at the helm......
Well, as I am fond of saying, look how many Freepers, the supposed farthest of all Right, harped on the ‘principles don’t matter’ mantra, VERBATIM.
No shock that the GOP took this as a green light to moderate at will. Until we rid ourselves of these idiots, we can bitch (and I do!) about the GOP, but the GOP is just like the kid caught with drugs in the old TV commercial when we get down to it.
“I did it by watching you alright?”
We have to accept our own responsibility too. THEN we can fix this. But until we acknowledge the problem in our own midst, we are spinning wheels.
You go, girl!!
