Exactly right, I could support a gun offender registry if we had just and resonable gun laws in the US and all states counties and cities, but we don’t and things are getting worse.

Crimes and penalties stand alone on their own.
Murder is still murder, whether done by a knife, brick, baseball bat or GUN...
The answer is ‘no registry, no infringement’.
