I had one of those tests last year, but no one told me I would be “emitting radiation”.

Why they should place one of these agents in every bus, car, home, office, factory, school, church & outhouse just to be safe! /I am being half sarcastic.

Did the just hook you up to an EKG or did the take some images of your blood flow? Not all stress tests are nuclear.

Jones ... showed identification and proof of the nuclear test.I had a cardio-nuclear stress test done 10 years ago, but never received any "proof."

I had one too. They told me to not hug my kids for 24 hours. I don’t recall receiving an ID, though.

Years ago my dad (RIP) was stopped at the U.S.A. border at the Detroit/Windsor tunnel. I had taken my dad and mom (RIP) from Michigan over to the Windsor casino. We were stopped coming back into Michigan at the booth and the agent asked if anyone had recently done testing for a heart condition. My dad answered yes. He proceeded to let us through. It’s been close to 10 years since that event.

I had a bone scan a couple years ago, and I was given a card to carry just in case a scanner picked up the radiation.

I recently had a cardiac stress test and the nuclear med tech showed me how “hot” I was by having me walk by a radiation detector which crackled as I passed. She also asked if I planned to fly in the next few days so they could give me a card verifying my test. Nice to know security officials are looking for radiation in public areas, but don’t you think that terrorists would be smart enough to use radiation shielding to prevent detection?
To: The Great RJ
Dirty bomb material would emit hundreds or even thousands of times more radiation than a person, so even the best shielding (that wouldn’t raise an eyebrow) would let some radiation through. This is actually something I can get behind.

Publicity stunt for TSA funding.
Much like ATF in Waco.

I doubt that the card is very hard to counterfeit either.

If you had gone to an airport, it would have been detected immediately. They have very very sensitive sensors all over the nation nowadays.
To: The Great RJ
but dont you think that terrorists would be smart enough to use radiation shielding to prevent detection? Depends on the radiation.
But they would be smart enough to carry fake hospital radiation check cards.
