Easiest way to accomplish that is to place fines on employers or those who do business with firms operated by illegals. If that was done, illegals will self-deport.

It is already the law of the land. It was contained in the 1986 amnesty bill. It was never enforced. AZ has passed a law mandating the use of e-verify with businesses losing their license if they knowingly hire illegal aliens. SCOTUS upheld the law in 2010.
