Why we let others tell us they know better than we do and the go along with it is a mystery. When I hear obama, his wife or any other progressive preach to me, a song starts playing in my head:
"But he can't even run his own life,
I'll be damned if he'll run mine!"
I disagree. I think she’s learned to speak to large groups without raising her voice in the matter in which she was previously derided for being ‘shrill’. She comes across as more authoritative by not raising her voice, at the same time that she conveys a ‘just you and me’ one-of-us-ism.
Her delivery is masterful, and always includes light moments, jokes, and zingers. I loved how she razzed the Bushes and Rove, and of course Obama.

Great speech, she had lost weight.
And if you listen, she’s telling us to listen to Sarah.
Those tactics only worked against her because so many conservatives went along with it. If it had only been the libs it wouldn’t have mattered, they were never going to vote for her in the first place.

AMEN to that! Call me crazy, but I'd follow her into the depths of hell (or what the Kenyan is working hard to turn America into).
She still sounds shrill. I just don’t like the quirky stuff.
Sarah has made millions with her celebrity status, so she is the last one to criticize the consultants. And if we don't want to have identity politics, we should be advocating the elimination of affirmative action and minority business set asides that just reinforce group indenitifcation.
