Actually the ones listed are illegals. When you see the perp is a ‘us citizen’, then he’s usually an anchorbaby.
Here in CA, they have been in women’s restrooms, such as at the McDonald’s near my house, where an 8 year old girl was attacked. Don’t assume this is an “in-house” evil merely.
