When the libtards in this state enacted the Domestic Violence Restraining Law any alleged violent act reported to the police via 911, by your girlfriend, wife or anyone living with you immediately brings a five year suspension of your right to keep and bear arms.
I recall when the law was passed it came to light that about 25% of the LEO’s would have to be given desk jobs due to domestic violence accusations... oops! Of course an amendment waiving LEO’s soon followed.

Deprivation of property without due process. This is clearly unconstitutional.
I have no problem with taking the right to keep and bear if a person has been found insane by a court with a jury.
