When the libtards in this state enacted the Domestic Violence Restraining Law any alleged violent act reported to the police via 911, by your girlfriend, wife or anyone living with you immediately brings a five year suspension of your right to keep and bear arms. Deprivation of property without due process. This is clearly unconstitutional.
I have no problem with taking the right to keep and bear if a person has been found insane by a court with a jury.

Try reading the second amendment it ends "shall not be infringed." Not shall not be infringed except for people who fall into the following categories. Ben Franklin has something to say to you:
