These are the people who have been or are in charge of Atlanta for the last 39 years and are responsible for turning it from a shining city on a hill into a super-ghetto hell-hole.
At the risk of being labeled “racist”, they all had an alternate agenda. The mega tax dollars poured in by the suburbs that seceded were either paid to cronies, skimmed in kickback schemes, funneled to other parts of town, where they evaporated. Campbell apparently failed to grease all the palms, because he’s doing time.
