I hope that’s the case...but Clinton always came back - hopefully Obama will not.

Bill Clinton was a lot smarter.
Please remember Clinton basically governed from the middle. He went whatever way 51% of the poll said he should.
Bill was a Rhodes Scholar and a great charismatic speaker who could think on his feet. “I feel your pain”. He was very likable. Obama is a thin skinned ultimate example of affirmative action.
Bill was a self made man that came from trailer trash to become the most powerful man in the world. He was also an American.
Do not get me wrong about Bill, he was a scum bag sexual predator. I certainly would not trust him around my daughter. However, if someone gave me a choice of who I could go out a play a round of golf with or hang out on the weekend, the decision would easily be good ‘ol Billy boy.
Clinton had a good economy going for him and, at least, looked like he was working. Obama is seen as the guy who keeps taking holidays of luxury while long time businesses are going under and gas prices keep creeping up.
