Self-fulfilling logic for Penn State Alumni - The Freeh report is junk because there is little factual info. No one talked to Freeh because he was not intended on getting the facts.

Why would anyone with a pending trial talk to Freeh? The Trustees knew that no one would offer potential prosecutors evidence when they commissioned Freeh and told him to proceed under circumstances where he would get no testimony.
