Likely fellow 2016 GOP presidential rival Marco Rubio has taken some heat from the conservative grassroots for being the face of comprehensive immigration reform (or what many conservatives call amnesty). Now it appears Rand Paul is going to the left of Rubio on this issue if you read his column in The Washington Times, says Steve Deace.
The entire premise of Rands piece is whats best and fair for the illegal aliens, and never discusses whats best and fair for the people here legally, paying taxes, and paying the freight for those who arent.
Gang of 8 Plan A Security Nightmare
While the Democratic Party has been most often seen as the party that was eager to enable and encourage millions of aliens, including illegal aliens, to enter the United States, the reality is that both Democrats and Republicans see significant gains to be achieved by opening Americas borders to aliens from around the world, irrespective of how they enter the United States, says Michael Cutler at GOPUSA.com.
[I]t is impossible to understand how the Gang of Eight has utterly ignored the fact that there is virtually no integrity to the process by which aliens are granted lawful status and U.S. citizenship under the current circumstances. Aliens who are applying to participate in the DREAM Act program cobbled together by the President without the consent of Congress are not being interviewed in person.
Jan Ting Say No to Another Amnesty
The so-called comprehensive immigration reform proposed by a group of senators and President Obama amounts to immediate amnesty for millions of immigration-law violators, and the lifting of limits on future immigration, with some window dressing designed to assuage skeptical voters. Weve seen this act before, says law professor Jan C. Ting.
The 1986 amnesty promised to fix the immigration problem by granting amnesty to three million immigration-law violators, strengthening the border, and penalizing employers for hiring illegal immigrants. It didnt work then, and it wont work now.
Fitton Dont Be Fooled by Deceptive Amnesty Claims
More than a few Republicans in the United States Senate seem to have contracted a severe case of what Harry Truman called Potomac Fever (wanting to go along to get along in Washington). Apparently still trembling from the recent election debacle, they have cobbled together a deceptive and destructive bipartisan compromise on illegal alien amnesty, says Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch.
There is no question that the Senate plan is unjust. Illegal aliens have broken our laws, and they shouldnt be rewarded with amnesty and immediate legalization. Heres something else: Simply talking about providing a pathway to citizenship is only going to worsen the already out-of-control illegal immigration crisis by inducing greater numbers of illegal aliens to flood across the border to take advantage of the program.
America’s new entrepreneurs: Privatize the profit, socialize the cost.
“My career as a contractor for 22 years, “
Lol, that was my first guess. Why don’t you tell us how many illegals you employed during the housing bubble? And how much your bottom line benefited from employing them instead of using American labor?
“but I damned sure know of what I speak on this issue.”
I’ll bet you do. You know all about how they “pay taxes” since you see their employment records, you know all about their fake Social Security numbers, the large number of dependents claimed, and every other tax dodge employed in their favor.
“Sadly, the State Senator who authored the bill (Russell Pearce) was re-called :(”
Well, that stinks..I was ill and didn’t hear the results of the recall. Man, Arizonians are an unreliable bunch!
You bet. As long as they live well they couldn’t care less about the problems their lawbreaking costs the rest of us.
I particularly like how this one justifies his behavior by pointing to home grown deadbeats. Apparently welfare queens force him to break the law.
CACKLE---Looks like the pukes have been entertaining at the Four Seasons----Lindseed, Ryan and Newt have also been puke-duped, repeating the current GOP mantra: "I support the Rubio immigration reform plan"
Rubio is now getting his marching orders from the neocons---he just hired an amnesty-loving neocon for his presidential wanabe staff.
Invasion-crazed neocons want immigration reform at any cost because they need impoverished Hispanics as cannnon fodder for future puke invasions/land wars.
REMEMBER WHEN? Loser McCain was the perrenial puke puppet----the pukeneo prez favorite.
=============================================
The pukeneos never saw an immigrant they didn't want to subsidize with tax dollars---dating back to WW 11. The contemporary Russian trek to the US is s-o-o-o-o profitable, they got Russians pretending they're Jews so they can stop off in Israel first---grab all the US subsidized freebies there---then fly here to sign up to ride the US gravy train. As refugees seeking "asylum from persecution" the US gravy train speeds up----the freebies are tripled.
==================================================
Mmmmm......sure would like to be a fly on the wall at the Four Seasons---where the puke elite meet downtrodden GOP'ers---- over chilled Cristal, imported room temp Brie and water crackers.
Course there's gonna be A LOT MORE puke-invasions and land wars since the pukes duped Bush into invading Iran, now that the entire 100 million-strong Muslim world is aflame with hatred for the US, Americans, and Christians.
I guess the pukes will have to use darts and a Mideast map to decide which country they want the US to invade next (cackle).
“CACKLE-—Looks like the pukes have been entertaining at the Four Seasons——Lindseed, Ryan and Newt have also been puke-duped, repeating the current GOP mantra: “I support the Rubio immigration reform plan” “
Now that you mention it...there are 4 GOP who I believe are just as dangerous as Obama and have done more to damage conservatism than Obama ever could. John McCain, Karl Rove, Grover Norquist and Newt Gingrich.

Nailed it!
You speak from theory, I speak from experience.
You’re arrogance is only outdone by your ignorance. To my knowledge, I never employed any illegals. To my knowlege - because you see - there was no way for me to know for sure. I was not allowed BY LAW YOU IGNROANT JACKASS - to do anyting but accept any social security number I was given. You really don’t know jack sh-t about running a business, so I have no interest in trying to educate your ignorant rear end.
Let me try and educate your helplessly ignorant mind.
22 years ago, I didn’t know what I know today. I didn’t know that the ACLU lawyers would prevent me from asking questions of those I employ. I didn’t know that the US government would continue to reward folks for not working. I didn’t know that the border would remain open. I didn’t know that how awful the native work force was, and how bad their work ethic was, nor that it would continue to get worse.
I didn’t realize how hard it is to get people to do manual labor on a recurrent basis. All I had was an idea and a willingness to work 100 hour weeks for no pay to get things started. I simply started from scratch, and built a business one day and one dollar and one new employee at a time. Having done that, I know know a million times more about the realities of the contracting business, or any business where you have a “white collar man” organizing “blue collar” workers. There was no grand scheme to use anybody or take advantage of anybody...it’s damned tough keeping the doors open hour to hour...and your comments scream total ignorance.
When Obama got elected, I started exiting the business due to the fact I didn’t want to put up with the liberal bureaucrats ruining my business and my life. I don’t care much for right wing jacklegs like yourself either — you are just as ignorant of business reality as the lefties are.
...I would also say that the California situation is different from almost every other state, and bears no resemblance to the southeast. What you say may be true in Cali. What I say is true in the SE.
Cruz - Cuban national father who just naturalized in 2005, Cruz was born in Canada and lived there until 4.
I can’t stand the crapping on the Constitution by anyone, even “our” guys.
He is not a NBC.
Did you ping Race?
If I was ignorant I’d believe your self pitying justifications.
You sure have a lot of excuses for breaking the law.
Somehow I don’t think you’ll impress anyone who has had to pay the social costs inflicted by scofflaws like you.
“I didnt realize how hard it is to get people to do manual labor on a recurrent basis. “
Funny how some people like to argue that the supply-demand equation just doesn’t work.
John McCain tried selling that same sad story when he popped off about how no one would pick lettuce. He was greeted by jeers of “raise their pay”.
Evidently his audience was better informed than the Senator about one of the basic principles of economics. But then McCain is a perennial apologist for foreign nationals squatting here illegally so he has a motive for pretending that Americans just won’t work.
“Jobs Americans Just Won’t Do”. That’s always a winning phrase among the Treason Lobby.
Do those things and illegal aliens will self-deport and self-finance the trip. We don't need to spend a dime to round them up and ship them out. We don't need to make any new laws other than for the "anchor baby" policy changes.
Because he started this thread and IIRC you posted on it, and you both are seeing grave flaws in Rand Paul, as do I. I don’t loathe him at all, and see much good, but the flaws could prove to be quite destructive. Depends on how honest he’s being and how he develops politically. He wants more homo rights, more or less amnesty, and he’s too libertarian to be an actual conservative. I’m in a wait and see mode. The fact he voted for Hagel repulses me terribly.
