What if Rand Paul realizes that everything he has been told about politics is wrong? What if the American people are not put off by Conservatives who argue and hold up legislation? What if these people are starved for common sense ideas and real men willing to stand up for real ideas rather than the moderate marmalade which passes for GOP leadership? We had one guy finally stand up and say he was not afraid of the media or the powers on either side and single handedly changed the dialogue in the entire country.
As you well know, bray, the problem is that Paul has nowhere to go inside the Republican Party, which is owned lock, stock and barrel by unprincipled, corrupt elites like the Bush Crime Family and their hack Rove, or other professional appeasers like McChurian, et. al.
These Mensheviks are in business to pluck off little spoils the monster Demoviks drop by the wayside, and maybe win the Kremlin now and again, if that matters.
In any case, the government consumes yet more and more of the landscape, the population is now wildly ignorant, the wealth of the nation is being devoured by debt leading to destructive inflation, and there is NO ONE ANYWHERE NEAR the seat of power who can do anything about any of it.
Lacking a third party movement, we are heading for a Soviet-style collapse with government tanks turned to face the American people when their day of ruin arrives. Soon.
If everything we know about politics is wrong, then are we wrong to think a third party can’t work? Is the majority really in the Conservative wing just waiting to be heard?
Pray for America
That's true.
Lacking a third party movement
That's crazy talk.
There's no time for that, it won't happen in our lifetimes. The TEApublicans need to take over the GOP.
