A 9-year-old boys birthday cupcakes sparked a school controversy that just keeps growing, with scores of people lining up against a school principal who found the cupcakes topping inappropriate.
The boy was chided, and so were his parents, for cupcakes featuring little green Army men on the top.

Can't seem to find any articles where the parents are interviewed. New story, perhaps it needs a little time. If anyone finds one, please post.
Have the GI Joe toys become contraband?
The article stated, “The guys (soldiers) are heroes and too many associate them with psychopaths”.
No... the psychopaths are the lib morons who make these beyond stupid rules and enforce them. Little green soldiers on top of cupcakes can do what? Can they kill someone? I am glad the parents contacted the media.. stories like this should get out and the school administration laughed at. IMHO.
I suppose a picture of the US Marines raising the flag on Iwo Jima would be considered pornographic in this school. What concerns me is that these same lunatic administrators who cringe at even a kid making a gun shape with their fingers are designing the “lock down” policies to keep kids safe should a real gunman arrive at their school.
COMING SOON,,,into the bedroom and CONFISCATING the video games of people shooting, jumping and blowing up things.
What are kids supposed to use as BB gun targets?
Fools in charge.

Schall Elementary School principal Susan Wright called the parents at home and said the cupcakes were insensitive in the wake of the Sandy Hook school shooting. School staff pulled off the Army men before they were served.
I went to my daughter’s elementary school (on Veterans Day), in uniform, so they could talk to a veteran.
It was a great time. I showed them some of my gear (sleeping bag, e-tool, NO weapons of any kind) and for a snack we all had MREs (a huge hit - kids love them!).
At dismal, some parents came in to pick up their children.
I overheard a few saying things like “What the hell is he doing here?” and “Is he trying to brainwash our children” etc.
My favorite was said out loud directly to the teacher: “We need to bring in an environmentalist into class to counter balance the army guy.”
I still laugh about that.
Here we go, parents interviewed:

Of course it’s Fox News!
I can actually empathize with the Principal.
Imagine the phone call from a lib opposed to guns who doesn’t want the kid exposed to guns or toys with guns
Might even threaten a lawsuit.
I am surprised the school allowed the cupcakes in the first place. Many school won’t even allow that.
Fountains wife made a batch of 30 chocolate cupcakes for their son Hunters classmates at Schall Elementary School in the town of Caro. The 9-year-old helped decorate the treats with plastic figurines representing World War Two soldiers.
“The following morning Fountain said his wife delivered the cupcakes to the front office. The secretary complimented her on the decorations and then took the cakes to Hunters class.
About 15 minutes later the school called my wife and told her the couldnt serve the cupcakes because the soldiers had guns, Fountain told Fox News. My wife told them to remove the soldiers and serve the cupcakes anyway and I believe she may have used more colorful language.
