At a Senate Judiciary Committee meeting on Thursday, Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-California) opposed an amendment to her Assault Weapons Ban legislation that would allow military veterans to continue to buy the firearms that would be banned. Feinstein says a veteran may be mentally ill and should be prevented from purchasing firearms.

That may well be the dumbest statement ever rttered by a member of the Senate.

The military veterans will be the first group our government attacks vis a vis their Second Amendment rights.

There are two reasons for this: they fear veterans patriotism but also their firearms proficiency.

The PTDS angle is a major strategy of the Democrats. Chuckie Schumer has already steamrolled legislation through Congress that strips Veterans with PTSD who were foolish enough to appoint a VA or outside financial overseer for their affairs. Next will be any Veteran who has PTDS, and then ultimately any Veteran for any excuse they can come up with.

Once this strategy is successful, they will use the guise of "mental health" to strip the public of their gun rights.

This is a classic Soviet psychiatry style attack that proved so successful in attacking the dignity and freedom of millions of human beings. Now, our own Government is adopting it.

If you think you are "safe", think again. The "mental health" profession is full of quackery, Witch doctors, and junk science. They do not know what they are doing - it is a vague "science" at best. The vagaries of the blind leading the blind is their best weapon. They can classify, reclassify, or invent any "diagnosis" or "condition" they want.

If you have ever had an argument with your spouse, you will have an "issue" that they can use to take your weapons and rights away from you. If you have ever sought counseling for anything, ever been prescribed anything for sleep or depression, ever been to an AA meeting, ever been counseled at work by an irate boss - anything they want to attack you with, they will.
