Are we looking at another Korean War? Seems that these North Korean folks are starving or really need some support to stay in power. Neither option is a good one.

IIRC, that non-aggression pact was the basic peace agreement that suspended hostile operations at the end (?) of the war--one my father fought in.
Another outbreak is a possibility.

The last Korean War never actually ended, it just went on indeterminate hiatus. It’s legally still ongoing.

Saber rattling to get Obama to give them more money. He will do it to. To keep the peace he will hand them some gold. This will all blow over.
