this is pretty damned blatant... I almost feel like there should be more to this story. Of course, I'm always skeptical of stories like these no matter which side tells it.
Don't get me wrong, I'm no fanboy for authorities and the abuses they tend to get by with. I believe we need to go back to holding the individual LEO's personally liable when they violate someones rights instead of punishing the taxpayer and giving the cop 2 day paid suspensions.
That's kool. We're always skeptical of people who say they're always skeptical of stories like these. Usually, they have family, friends, or selves who work for the Staben Polizei, or der Faderland.
