He is NOWHERE. It’s like he never existed during this filibuster. I don’t think I could have missed him if he spoke. Now, it’s possible he was on the floor but they didn’t pan the camera to ever see him. I would have thought he would be one of those asking questions of Paul so Paul could take a break.
