Toss the case out into the dumpster!
The entire case against Zimmerman is a damned lie!
Poor little innocent Tray-Von.
He was skipping along with his little Red Riding Hood hoodie on his way to his father’s girlfriend’s husband’s stepdaughter’s house when out of the bushes a mean old whitey jumps out and shoots his a—!
Even the president of the United States saw the unfairness in this horrifying incident. He even adopted little Tray-Von posthumously and might even give him a medal.
Still (inevitably and certainly) to be proven absolutely false:
- any suggestion that she was his “girlfriend”
- anything about them talking on the phone for many hundreds of minutes on the day he died (which is why the phone records handed over by the prosecutors excluded that day)
- that she does now or existed at that time as a real person
She “lied?” Major suprise. Charged with “pergery”? Won’t happen.
Mark O'Mara is nobody's dummy. By playing various cards available to him, he's got the prosecution off-balance right now....big time.
From the confidence he's displaying I have a whole hunch that he's got more cards up his sleeve than we don't know about.
Catching that telephone cookie in a lie sure helped.....and I'll bet she's looking forward to being deposed with fear and trembling.
Watch for further statewide "testimonials", memorial marches, candlelight vigils, etc. to taint the jury pool even more than its been tainted now.
The racist Left wants to win this case so badly they'll play any pre-trail trick they can dream up in their evil minds.
I thought O'Mara would ask for a change of venue....not so sure now.

If the allegations are true then she should be charged with perjury, false statement to law enforcement and obstruction of justice.

Yesterday she got busted lying about the alleged phone call she was having with 'Mr Skittles' prior to and while that big, mean, White-Hispanic, 'jewish'[/s], gun-totin' racist 'attacked' her little Trayvon. (why her and Trayvon's cell phone records haven't been subpoenaed beats me?)
But it suuuuure seems apparent that the State's case is falling apart as this Ho is their main 'witness' [who didn't really 'witness' anything in the first place] and her credibility is below zero.
Oops, almost forgot, this her Third Lie. She also lied under oath about her age.
The case is slowly slipping through the prosecutions fingers. Soon the only question will be how or if law enforcment will handle the coming riots and civil unrest because the case was either thown out or lost by the prosecution and did not go the way a certain ethnicity thought it should have. Then there will be “payback”. Some unassuming white will be attacked (like Reginald Denny) and probably killed and no one will be charged. Watch, it’ll happen.
Of course, anyone who is familiar with the habits of teenagers knows that they rarely make phone calls to one another when they can text instead.
To an older adult, Witness 8's testimony might seem plausible.
To someone familiar with the demographic, it seems a bit off from the beginning.
They came down on GZs wife for something very similar did they not?

You are absolutely correct. However, Zimmerman is dead “meat.” As the the States case continues to deteriorate watch for one or two miracle witnesses who will appear just as the trial starts. They will state that they were both at the scene-within ten feet-of the shooting. According to these witnesses Zimmerman shot Martin execution style all while Martin begged for his life. The autopsy report will be altered to show that Zimmerman was shot execution style.
What you say about the demographic is so true. I can’t get my granddaughter to return a call for the life of me. Send a text, and I get a reply within 60 seconds.
I bet Trayvon’s texts contain a lot of juicy tidbits. I wonder if they’ve been subpoenaed?
Martin was shot execution style, not Zimmerman.
