The Philadelphia media is one of the most race-adverse media outlets in the country. They do anything and everything to hide the facts of race-based assaults and killings. Such is the case in Upper Darby PA where a 12-year-old white boy, Bailey O’Neill, was jumped and beaten in school by two black kids.
Baily was rushed to the hospital, spent 2 months on life-support, and died this week.
The kids who killed him? They were suspended from school for two days.
Jesse Jackson would be proud.
Maybe - because of quotas for black discipline - they are waiting for two white kids to kill a black kid, then they can expel the black abusers and arrest them. It’s affirmative action combined with adverse impact (quota) rules…. or something. Ask 2-J’s to explain it. Or ask President Obama who implemented it in his August Executive Order.
PENNSYLVANIA – A suburban Philadelphia sixth-grader was pulled off life support Sunday, a day after his 12th birthday and almost two months since he was punched in the face in a perceived bullying attack at school.
Southeast Delco School District officials confirmed that Bailey O’Neill, who had been in the hospital in a medically induced coma, has died.
One of the two tormenters punched him so hard that he broke the boy’s nose and left him with a concussion, NBC 10 Philadelphia reported. The students who reportedly jumped O’Neill were suspended from school for two days.
“Our school community is deeply saddened by this loss,” schools Superintendent Stephen Butz said in a statement Monday. “Our condolences are with Bailey’s family and friends during this very difficult time.”
Butz said the school district is continuing to work with local authorities, who haven’t filed charges against the two students involved in the Jan. 10 altercation in the schoolyard at Darby Township School.
The case remains an “ongoing, active criminal investigation,” a spokeswoman for Delaware County District Attorney Jack Whelan told the Daily News.

Unfortunately, a reporter decided to show up at the home of one of the kids who killed him and ask his dad how he felt. Whoopsie – he’s black…… Shocker !

I was reading about this horrific story in one of the local newspapers, while reading the comments section it became very clear. Locals were saying the school used to be wonderful but because of bussing, behavior problems were out of control. That told me everything I needed to know.
I am not being sarcastic at all.
A lucky blow to the nose at just the right angle can easily result in death, and it doesn’t take a lot of force.
That is why one should think long and hard about fighting. You are not just risking the other person’s life, but your own, either through them killing you or you being executed for killing them. Life has value. If you take it, you pay the ultimate price - forfeiting your own. And a person with an “eternal” perspective understands that this is not as tragic for the one being executed as some would have you believe. This is especially true if the event brings the person to an acceptance of the Lord’s saving Grace.
For me, it is very black and white. You do something that deserves a hand slap, and you get a hand slap. If you do something that requires prison time, you should do the time. If you intentionally take another human’s life, you are executed. Very simple.
In all of the above cases, the individual uses the life God gave them as they see fit. All suffer the consequences of their actions in this incredibly brief life, but none of those actions impact whether they spend eternity in the presence of Jesus. That is the more important issue.
I consider ganging up on a kid and beating him until he is dead to be 1st degree murder. In my “Cuban Leaf as dictator” world, they would have the opportunity, while awaiting execution, to reflect on the love of Christ and His forgiveness. And the parents of the boy who died as well as the general society would “feel” as though they lived in a land of justice and probably act more accordingly.
Our Laissez-faire attitude toward justice is one of the things destroying our country. The rules are way too “squishy”. We don’t need a lot of rules, but when they are violated, they need to be enforced.
I’ll give an example: I drive at 69mph in a 55 zone on my way to work every day. I pass cops and they do nothing. Going over 70 is a different story though. This creates an environment where “everybody” speeds but the cops only pull over “suspicious” drivers or to meet their end of month quota. It sucks. There is way too much of that sort of thing going on in every area of law in this country. I would prefer the speed limit be set at 70 and you get a ticket at 71. The rules are clearly defined and there are definite consequences if you break them. All laws should be enforced that way, and that should be considered when they are created.
It takes two to fight! The boy Bailey refused to fight, he tried to walk away. One of the boys pushed Bailey into the one who beat the snot out of him to instigate the fight. They BOTH beat him about the head, broke his nose and caused a concussion!
Interesting way to put it. And the kids of the other half are learning the coping skills of who they are going to be in life -- their victims.

A pack will stalk & jump their victim, usually beginning with a sucker punch. Then the pack descends, punching, kicking, stomping; using whatever they can find to use as a weapon.

When the authorities do not protect the citizenry from criminals, or worse, take the side of the criminals against the citizenry; and the citizenry cannot replace the authorities through elective means; vigilantism may appropriately result.
Vigilantism rarely begins with violence, except to stop a violent crime in progress. It typically begins with a petition for redress to the authorities, which is ignored.
Then there are individual and group efforts to protect themselves from the criminals, which either the criminals overcome on their own, or with the help of the authorities are discouraged, such as with legal gun control efforts, so that only the criminals and the authorities have guns.
Only at this point does a vigilance committee form, but it is still nonviolent, creating block watches, which are opposed or attacked by the criminals and authorities. At about this point, the authorities determine that the vigilance committee is a real threat to them and their criminal allies, so they seek to outlaw it, and arrest, beat or even kill its leaders.
Only at this point is the vigilance committee driven to violence, but even then, only to drive the criminals out. But if the criminals and authorities resist, the vigilantes become a violent mob, hanging those of both groups with a lynch mob.
Typically the event is over before superior authorities arrive, having determined that a problem exists. At first they want to arrest the responsible vigilantes and restore the existing authorities, but by now neither thing is possible.
Order has already been restored with the criminals gone and new authorities soon take the place of the old, corrupt ones. The vigilance committee becomes invisible and inactive.
Well one thing for sure — parents need tosend their kids to school armed with poptarts and the knowledge of how to turn them into popguns.
Agree. Compulsory attendance alongside dangerous thugs who have already demonstrated their propensity for deadly violence makes that school no better than a prison.

They need to hire security guards at this boy’s school and arm them with “pink Hello Kitty toy guns that blow soapy bubbles” so that the administrators will feel safer.
Liberals and the media will never be honest about black violence, black crime, black racism, and blacks role in deteriorating public schools. It’s honest us to make them admit the obvious. I’m very outspoken and upfront on these obvious truths, and I don’t care what people think about me.
Many years ago I heard a play by play from a race based school altercation, with the black student making a particularly bad choice of white student to bully.
In this case, he likely decided to pick on the white student because he was short and skinny and was a cowboy type, living and working on a ranch. The person who witnessed it corrected himself by saying, “short, and veins-in-the-arms wiry skinny”.
He then elaborated that he had four older brothers, all of whom were in the USMC, a family tradition, and that several of the Mexican hands on the ranch were skilled knife fighters, who had apparently taught him well.
In any event, the black student, with several of his peers decided they were going to abuse him. To do so, he drew a big, cheap switchblade. Bad idea.
The white student immediately took a very low to the ground fighting stance, and palmed a double edged boot knife. Panicking, the black student charged him and the white student deftly performed some impressive nose surgery. End of fight.
When it was later demanded of him, he turned over a cheap grocery store steak knife to the principal instead of his custom, balanced 440C stainless.
