President Obama is just 42 days into his second term in the White House but he is already done governing. As The Washington Post reported this weekend, Obama is already executing plans to win back the House in 2014, which he and his advisers believe will be crucial to the outcome of his second term and to his legacy as president.
The goal, The Washington Post reports, is to flip the Republican-held House back to Democratic control, allowing Obama to push forward with a progressive agenda on gun control, immigration, climate change and the economy during his final two years in office, according to congressional Democrats, strategists and others familiar with Obamas thinking.

As his term eventually passes the 2014 year mark, his power and influence on the wane, his status as lame duck more pronounced, the vacuousness and vapidity that has always been his calling card will after eight years have nothing to show for itself, nothing to show for himself, his presidency, the American people.
And on that very day when he returns to his decrepit existence as non-entity from which he spawned, he will stand there bereft of achievement, accomplishment, his persona laid bare, naked, alone, not a single thing to point to about his eight years of thorough failure to be as being a legacy of any sort even in the remotest sense. History will not be at all kind to him, noting his presidency not merely as one of utter abject ignominy, disgrace, incompetence, failure but one in which his inherent nihilistic tendencies had him do his utmost, very most, to leave America exponential worse off than when he arrived.

Most scary thing about him is that he doesn't care about leaving behind a positive legacy of his Presidency. Seems to me that he doesn't think there's going to be a future, at least not one with any written history. Think 80s wasteland movies.

And on that very day when he returns to his decrepit existence as non-entity from which he spawned, he will stand there bereft of achievement, accomplishment, his persona laid bare, naked, alone, not a single thing to point to about his eight years of thorough failure... Not a chance. He'll do just like Bill Clinton did, when he was leaving the White House. He'll grandstand for the cameras, insisting that, "We did a lot of good...a lot of good." And the Borg collective will all applaud and cry on cue.
And just like Clinton and Carter before him, he'll become a perpetual figure on the national stage - butting into every single issue and crisis via the ever fawning media.
I don't think America will be rid of this Commie until he's in his grave.

Except the appointment of one, maybe two new members to the SCOTUS which will seal the fate of the Constitution for all time. And you can take that to the bank.
