I totally love that doggy animated gif every time I see it.
But I wonder, what software do I need to see it move offline? Has anyone else solved this problem?
Well, you can right-click and save it on your computer, then open it in a browser -- that would technically be offline.
Other than that you could try image-viewers, I used to have one for DOS (called PICTVIEW) that handled GOBS of formats and could do some impressive things (i.e. pallette optimization, color reduction) [impressive because of how QUICK it was].
