Romney: ‘It kills me’ not to be in White House
yahoo ^ | march 3, 2013 | Dylan Stableford

Posted on 03/03/2013 10:10:39 AM PST by lowbridge

Mitt Romney says it "kills" him that he's not president. But he doesn't blame Superstorm Sandy, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie or anything else on his loss to President Barack Obama--except his campaign's failure to connect with minority voters.

“I lost my election because of my campaign," Romney said on "Fox News Sunday" in his first television interview since his November defeat, "not because of what anyone else did."

The former Massachusetts governor refused place blame on Christie, who some Republicans say elevated Obama in his embrace of the president in the wake of the storm.

Romney said his inability to win over black and Hispanic voters--and the damage done by those disastrous "47 percent" comments--ultimately derailed his White House bid.

Ann Romney, though, pointed the finger at the fourth estate. “It was not just the campaign’s fault," Ann Romney said. "I believe it was the media's fault as well, in that he was not being given a fair shake--that people weren’t allowed to really see him for who he was. ... I’m happy to blame the media.”

She added: “I totally believe at this moment, if Mitt were there in the office, that we would not be facing sequestration right now."

The Liberal Agenda Media, (LAM), lied and said that Romney used the word “care” when in fact the exact quote was as follows: “ I am not worried about getting the support of the 47 %.”

I used the word "care", Romney was running for president of all the people, but revealed that he didn't care about half of them.

It was a stupid remark that made no sense, and that is why no one knows what it meant, or how the 47% is defined.

Your man Romney was a gaffe ridden idiot, and was generally incomprehensible to normal people.

Your vote is a defacto vote for obama, period.

You have the freedom to do and say a lot of things about anything including religion. Exercise of those rights can result in immorality. Assisting (by not voting) in the “election” of a dictator is an act outside of the moral code of most freedom loving people. Glad you have no problem with that and you are free of any responsibility for actions that contributed to the reelection of this dictator.

Now, just go away and take your non-vote with you.

Will you accept the GOP moderating on Abortion to get a win? Are dead children acceptable to your morality?

Say it proudly.

Your assumption that Romney would have done nothing about abortion is a bit of a stretch. By helping obama stay in office you helped assure that nothing would be done to change anything concerning abortion. YOU say it proudly, I CONTRIBUTED TO KEEPING ABORTION AS IS!

Oh yeah! That is one example of your non-vote having a moral or immoral outcome; keeping the current regime policies on abortion. That is certainly better and more moral than your moderation assumption, now isn’t it.

As I thought, you refuse to answer that simple question in public. Just like many before you.

Liberal.

"GFY" is reserved for the worst of the worst, those who are hopelessly ensnared in their own narcissism. It's intended to wake them up, but in your case you may be so far into your peacock feathers (or what you probably think is your glorious back side) that you won't ever wake up.

You and the rest of the 2%ers who were played by Axelrod can indeed GFY.

As an Axelrod conservative you got played by Bambi, you worked for Bambi, you got him, you own him. GFY.

Frothing anger?

Hardly.

Righteous anger, you betcha, and you deserve all you get for being played by Axelrod the way you were. You were a first class chump with a note saying "sucker" on your back courtesy of the Marxist party of America.

I'm so glad you're so happy that Bambi is president, and that you see the brilliance of your plan to help with his reelection.

Breelliant.

You worked for him, you got him, you own him. Congrats. And your damn straight I'm angry.

Just hope Kanye doesn’t drop by to say “I’ma letcha’ finish, but Pissant was the most Righteous poster of all time...OF ALL TIME!!”

Now that you mention it, you do remind me of the righteousness of pissant. It's exactly who you've become.

Moronic, stubborn, foolish, unthinking, boorish, and generally useful as an idiot for the Marxists. It's perfect: Norm, just like pissant:

Look at me, look at me, it's all about me, I'msopure...... I'msopure.....

That’s it?

Good God Lake. At least put some effort into mocking me. A little anyway.

Look, I’m sorry OK? If I knew Kanye would take up all the time blathering from your high horse, I’d not have mentioned your Grammy. Maybe Michelle will invite you to speak before a class of starving children and you can mock me there. They might even think you’re good at it.

Me? I’ll just soldier on knowing another Romney supporter thinks ill of me. Oh...how ever will I sleep at night?

I answered it jackass; your redirection is pathetic. I voted for the candidate who is a member of a church (even if you don’t think so) that opposes abortion and whom I believe would have attempted to further cut down legalized abortion availability. So yes, by voting for the only candidate who did not support abortion I am voting against abortion. I am not against it only on religious grounds although that is a consideration. I am against it specifically on scientific grounds. My science background tells me that life begins at conception and that from a single fertilized egg to the baby about to be born; that is a living human being and it is not moral for it to be killed by way of abortion, it is murder. Does that answer your pathetic attempt to set aside the clear argument that by not voting for the candidate opposing obama, you helped reelect the abortion supporting dictator.

I spent a career sworn to support and defend the Constitution and I hold that oath to be applicable today even though I retired from the military almost 20 years ago. I hold the Constitution to be dear and will vote for the republican candidate over the Constitution-killing despot each and every time it is necessary. I will do anything necessary to preserve our Republic even one more day. You can’t get past your petty prejudices to at least try by way of actually voting.

The time for “voting your conscience” is appropriate is when you vote for the primary candidate. In that selection you can make a difference. Romney was far from my choice but in the general election he was a light-years better choice than obama. I at least voted to try to oust the kenyan while your non-vote put him one point closer to his victory.

Throwing your non-voting support to obama is exactly what they were hoping for in demonizing Romney; you and many like you who sat out the election fulfilled the democrat party hopes. Seems that the term liberal supporter applies to you and your non-voting compatriots.

Yep, you'll just soldier on like a good peacock, it was only a flesh wound....

Norm, you need to be reminded early and often what a jackass you were (and seem to be), and I'm glad to do it.

You remind me of that phrase (heck, you probably own it) from the Narnia chronicles -"The dwarves is for the dwarves".

Look it up, it's who you've become. Stiff necked, arrogant, pure in your own mind(dwarfishly pure), and totally incapable of seeing how stupid you've become.

There he sat upon hiss high horse...Sir Lakeshark the Righteous! And with his vorpal sword of Liberalism, he set out to strike down unrighteousness in the realms of Asgard!

You go Lake Quixote! Slay those evil purists wherever you find’em! Make the world safe for moderate candidates that promote gay scout troop leaders, abortion queens and the rest. But you’ll have to ixnay of the swordaey of Great Justiceay...Cuz you know...Your friends are weapon confiscators.

But hey, your legend will live on as you oppose those evil purists. Someday they’ll even build a shrine to you. Probably on the bones of all the conservative principles you trashed to get up on that high horse of yours, but hey, can’t ‘win’ without breaking a few eggs now can we?

PS: I gotta go do something more intelligent than arguing with a liberal, so I’ll check back later to revel in your words of righteousness.

Okay pissant. Just remember, when you write your little ditties, the dwarves is for the dwarves, for without your muse you might forget just how like pissant you've become.

You own Bambi and everything he does, don't forget Norm.......cause whenever you complain about him, you're gonna get a reminder......

Have a good night, and next time remember to say twas only a flesh wound.
