While I certainly don't endorse a "living, breathing, evolving" stance on our sacred Constitution, there must be a some way to temporarily revoke the "cruel and unusual punishment" prohibition from the Eighth Amendment for this agent of Satan.
The needle is far too kind for Hasan. He deserves a slow, painful, excruciating form of death. Ordinarily a sadistic approach is uncalled for. This guy is definitely the exception and I'd surmise that the Founding Fathers wouldn't object at all to this special case. I'd bet some interesting experiments involving Ben Franklin's electrical apparatus could be done on this evil murdering muzzie.
I'm happy to send him back to his master, and I don't mind if the dispatch is quick and painless. Why bother crossing that line? Whatever Hasan's inspiration has in mind for him, I have complete confidence that the punishment is far beyond our power to imagine.
