Rob Ford is working an awesome turnaround here in Toronto, mind you things didn’t get nearly as bad as Detroit or NYC. I guess the main difference between Toronto and Detroit is that most of our voters work and pay taxes.
Detroit today and NYC at its worst during the 70’s are orders of magnitude apart. NYC was much, much, much, much, much better off.
Toronto can’t be fixed either, it always has been and always will be a liberal hellhole.
