The White House is preparing to cede more ground to Senate Republican foes and hand over documents related to the Benghazi attacks to try to secure the confirmation of John Brennan to run the CIA, POLITICO has confirmed.
After releasing official timelines, an investigation and sending Cabinet officials up to Capitol Hill for hearings, now the Obama administration has agreed to surrender email messages between top national security officials that discuss how to describe the Sept. 11 attack, a Senate aide confirmed Friday evening.

How about the WH cedes the names & locations of the witnesses so members of Congress can interview them.

The e-mails will be so heavily redacted as to be useless but the administration can say to the public “We gave them all 2,000 pages of e-mails and they are still not happy”. Obama will go on to say how the Repubs are “moving the goal posts” and “being obstrucitonists” and the low information voters will buy it.

We're supposed to believe that this is the big prize? Let's see the phone records and emails of all the people who have been lying about who dropped the ball during the attack.
I’m guessing they’ll get pages full of black ink while proudly proclaiming openness.

It’s either ALL documents or none.
They will withhold politically damaging information, then claim they’ve released everything and commence with the ‘birther’ strategy.
Have these documents been “prepared” by the same individuals who fixed up Obama’s birth certificate?

I would check every single sheet that is provided to insure they were not manipulated, photo shopped and/or counterfeit. Who trusts these people anyway?
You can bet that these “documents” have been cleaned. Nothing to see here. The ‘RATS are laughing at us again.
6 months to scrub the records they’re now providing...?
