London, Ontario - mid-winter in the snow belt.
Hamilton, at the tip of Lake Ontario. Steel town, with the Niagara Escarpment just visible from space.
Boston on a misty February night.

Actually, that's a huge matter-antimatter explosion in deep space space heading our way, which they can't tell us about

This photo was taken in space right after World War II (1946). A team of soldiers and scientists used a German-made V-2 missile equipped with a camera to capture this shot making it the first photo in space.

"I also think of Dryden's acid-drenched free-association riff called "A Small Package of Value Will Come to You Shortly," on "After Bathing at Baxter's": especially him barking out the phrase: "No man is an island/No man is an island/He's a peninsula"
(one of my absolute favorite double-entendres of all time--think of Florida--also look into the word "peninsula" for five letters in the correct sequence, and strip away the four unessential letters to reveal the hidden word). "

Thats exactly what it is- its the Manicouagan Crater in Québec. How big (diameter) is that thing? It makes Meteor Crater in AZ look like a zit!
