Additional clips of a United States Department of Agriculture sensitivity training class feature USDA employees being told to recite, If we work for a federal agency, weve discriminated in the past. The clips, released by the conservative government accountability group Judicial Watch Thursday evening, are the second installation of revealing footage obtained by a Freedom of Information Act (FIOA) request the organization made last May. According to Judicial Watch, the documents reveal the sensitivity training was delivered to USDA employees at least 16 times last year in an attempt to boost employees emotional intelligence.

Hubby watched these videos yesterday. He called them treason, and he’s not one to toss around that term lightly.
Sensitivity classes are an attempt made by politically correct, frightened, white supervisors, to brainwash the white employees, so that they can keep the black racists off their ass.
They wouldn’t have been very happy with my reaction to such a racist farce.
Finding a new job would have been a blessing.
Sensitivity training is analogous to block captains in overtly Communist nations.
I asked how affirmative action is legal when the Civil Rights Act clearly and without any doubt says that if race is considered it is a discriminatory act. We argued for a few minutes until she finally conceded that affirmative action would be in contradiction to the Civil Rights Act.
Ah yes, sensitivity training. I had to suffer that once. One at a time we were supposed to turn to the person next to us and say “I love you.”
Me and another guy were the only ones that refused to do it. Herr instructor was not happy.
Govt employee sensitivity training? OK:
“I am paid with dollars taken out of taxpayers’ pockets.”
