Sensitivity classes are an attempt made by politically correct, frightened, white supervisors, to brainwash the white employees, so that they can keep the black racists off their ass.

Years ago when I was in management with a Federal Agency I was required to attend a "training" session on discrimination. I brought up the subject of affirmative action and the Civil Rights Act.

I asked how affirmative action is legal when the Civil Rights Act clearly and without any doubt says that if race is considered it is a discriminatory act. We argued for a few minutes until she finally conceded that affirmative action would be in contradiction to the Civil Rights Act.
