Muslim activists often complain that murders by Muslims are over-reported. In fact they are often under-reported.
Ali Syed shot six people in Orange County, killing three of them, and yet the story has not gotten the media coverage of other mass shootings. The media has reported it, but has failed to highlight it. And the word Muslim never appears in the report.

To invest in the media is expensive.
Lots of capital.
One small bone will make a starving dog shutup.
The MSM is trying to please Hussein, evidently.
for later
If a white middle aged man - member of the Tea Party and NRA - had killed 6 people the press would have ignored the story too... especially NBC. /s
This is the guy I mentioned who I thought might have been suffering from ‘sudden jihad syndrome’. Guess I wasn’t the only one who saw that red flag...
Note to police officials - you really need to stop describing these perps as ‘gamers’. Do you really believe now, in the 2010’s that anyone under 40 years old will fall for that excuse? < shaking my head >
[still posting from my wii via the tv, sorry I can’t do more to look into this guy right now...]
Note (since it’s not in the excerpt): Perp’s name is ALI SYED.
Rudimentary google search for Origin of surname indicates it is the Sufi Muslim variation of the Indian/Hindu surname Sayiid (sp?-sorry for any confusion)

including the quotes. It is a topic that has been discussed quite a lot over the years.
Our media lies by omission, and this area is a prime example.
Reminds me of the Palestinian in the USA whose business failed so he took a gun, went to the top of the Empire State building, Yelled Allah akbar and started shooting people.

Thanks for the post. Well aware of the keyword. :)
Mentioned it on the yahoo group board when the main site was down. Just didn’t know if anyone was actively researching this guy/case at FR.
My comp. is still down, so don’t have full functionality through my tv/wii config.
I used to follow all such cases pretty closely, but haven’t been able to for a while.
Anyway, thanks again for the post... Hoping to get back to the world of real news, research, and normal posting soon - i think I am developing a callous on my thumb, and carpal tunnel from this remote. lol
There was another I remember well - some guy drove a car through a crowd of people in the NW about 5-6 years ago. A couple others that I used to keep track of at my blog, but undoubtedly many, many others chalked up to “crazies”, “loners”, “gamers”, “suicide with fanfare”, etc...
Ordinarily, I would agree, but I am a local, this is a product of a forked up family, i.e. “dysfunctional”. His Mom is supposed to go on trial next week for a hit and run where a poor toddler girl had to have many serious surgeries for the inflicted damage. Not sure if it is the same vehicle, but the one used in both incidents is described as a Black GMC Denali. Thanks.

Well, that’s quite sad and disturbing... Alcohol or drugs mentioned in mom’s case? Still though - perhaps not “SJS” - but what the heck was going through this kid’s head, y’know?
Wondering why his Dad bought that shotgun so recently. Had they been threatened in relation to mom’s case, I wonder?
The truth is, we’ll probably never know.
PS - The hit and run incident I mentioned in my previous post happened in 2006 in San Francisco.
Lighten up - it’s just “workplace violence”.
No mention of any intoxicants, but they caught her a while later, by way of her license plate and an insurance claim, so there would be no way of knowing if she was impaired.
