On Tuesday, Feb. 19, the Supreme Court of the United States will announce its decision on whether or not Barack Obama should have been placed on the California ballot during the 2008 presidential elections.
On Friday, the nation's highest court released a list of granted petitions which indicates that it has rejected arguments that Obama used forged IDs in order to to run for political office, actions that are considered a felony.

Bull. That thing was torn to pieces the minute Smith put it on ebay with a million dollar price tag attached to it. even Joseph Farah wasn't buying it.
I wonder if Smith has gotten around to photoshopping his passport with Congolese entrance stamps yet? As you know, he steadfastly refused to provide any evidence whatsoever that he even set foot in Africa. Wonder what Smith is up to these days? Last I heard, he was serving time in an Arizona jail for continued fraud activity. I'm sure this was all part of a greater conspiracy.

You might want to get your stories straight. You post a lot of links to supposed "facts". Starts to look like you just throw a bunch of s#*t against the wall to see what sticks.
Going to the Supreme Court will never succeed in unseating BHO2. Why?
The Constititonal power to remove a sitting President solely rests with the Legislative branch (Congress), NOT to the Judicial branch. The House of Representatives brings up orders of Impeachment and the Senate, using the evidence provided by the HoR, tries the President.
