Rand on Immigration:

I thought I read that Paul liked but did not officially endorse Rubio's amnesty comprehensive immigration plan [a rework of McCain's CI plan].

However, Wikipedia has this under the Rand Paul bio:
If Paul holds to that, he will be miles ahead of Rubio for 2016.

Rand states on FNS he would only support comprehensive immigration (a.k.a., amnesty for illegals) only if there was a yearly report approved/voted on by Congress, stating that the border is secure.

[That canard has been in every major immigration bill, and it has been ignored after amnesty was granted. Rand is naive on that issue. Even if Congress approved his amendment, Administrations would ignore it and Congress would, too.]

Wallace ends the interview with 'you sound like you are running' [presidential run in 2016].

Rand “Paul” will go nowhere since his last name is “Paul”.
