To: Lady Jag

I too am of an age to think of tattoos as prisoner or slave related. The military tattoos that started in special groups during WWII were often in movies and newsreels.

It still did not make them anything but related to bad events.

Today I see the ornate ones and can not understand WHY?

Though I find the thought abhorrent, I can see how people believe that tattoos are a form of art. I can appreciate the art but those wallets and lampshades rip at my sensibilities.
