Actually, he should be in jail. As president and commander in chief, he has a higher standard of responsibility. That he didn’t bother to act, or be sure others acted, caused four Americans to die. He is negligent. He is just as responsible for their deaths as the savages who did the actual killing.

He won’t be impeached. One of the reasons is that he has black skin and too many whites suffer from guilt. They also voted for him for this reason. (Just an opinion.)
Bush and Cheney and Condi would have been up all night dealing with this. Imagine, going to bed while the first ambassodor in 30 years is killed because of your dereliction of duty. Impeach.
