Do people normally fire at law enforcement officers? Do police assassinate fugitives? I guess they do now and you are just peachy with that.
Do you recall at the beginning of this thread, in the FIRST post, it was reported that they weren't even sure if it was Doner.

it was reported that they weren't even sure if it was Doner.Who cares or cared at that point whether it was Dorner or not??? It was someone who had stolen two vehicles, shot two of their officers, killing one, and was continuing to fire at them, and he refused to come out with his hands up.
Whether Dorner or not, he had to be neutralized.
