Barack Obama speaks at 9 p.m. EST. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) gives the GOP response after Obama speaks. Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) gives the Tea Party Express response around 10 p.m.
Sen. Paul's speech can be seen live on the Tea Party Express website.

I see Michelle is wearing a blood red and black dress. How appropriate!
I decided to forgo dinner and watch via YouTube. They are showing an ‘enhanced’ SOTU with Twitter responses. Heavily edited and screened, I’ll bet. The best thing...no network talking heads. Nothing but the live sound feed.
popcorn time
Our side better learn to speak politics!! Because that’s what’s been kicking our ass. whether its making the rounds on every talk radio station in the land or doing some Spanish when appropriate. Its called politics. We’ve been loosing our ass at it. Time to turn things around.
Quite a few people are wearing the green Newtown ribbons. Fewer are wearing the red 1000 days buttons. Lots of American flag pins.
It’s not only blood red and black but sleeveless.
Three justices are not attending the SOTU show: Alito, Scalia and Thomas.
CJ Roberts - What? No kiss for your boss?
Yeah, but roberts was all smiles for him.
Over 6,000 words. Said to be his second shortest SOTU.
Yes, he sums it up.
I live in St Augustine, Florida, which is actually the oldest European-founded city in what is now the US - founded by the Spanish in 1565. Spanish was our language here until the late 18th century.
I don’t see any reason that Spanish speakers can’t be included in the project.
There has to be a common language, and that should be English (as it should be in Canada and a number of other places that have abandoned it to let a politically-motivated minority language take over). But holding out one’s hand to people whose language was spoken here well before a word of English was ever uttered on this continent isn’t a bad idea.
We’ve got to get our program together, and it’s got to be not about language or ethnicity or origin, but about the ideas of liberty, self-reliance, independence, morality, voluntary mutual assistance, and unlimited possibility.
In honor of the ‘enhanced’ YouTube coverage, I am drinking an ‘enhanced’ orange juice.
Continuing with the 5 minutes of applause....
He may try but he will fail.
I don’t see any Republicans wearing the green Newtown ribbons... So of course Republicans are going to be portrayed as “insensitive” and “uncaring” ...
Ullulation?
