President Barack Obama will pledge that the new proposals in his State of the Union address Tuesday — aimed at boosting still-struggling middle class Americans — will not expand the deficit.
“Nothing I’m proposing tonight should increase our deficit by a single dime,” Obama will say, according to advance excerpts of the speech provided by the White House, which offered no details of the proposals. “It’s not a bigger government we need, but a smarter government that sets priorities and invests in broad-based growth.”
The White House has previously said the speech will include new initiatives in manufacturing, infrastructure, education and clean energy.
Obama will also build a portion of his speech around job creation proposals, saying the nation should ask itself three questions every day: “How do we attract more jobs to our shores? How do we equip our people with the skills needed to do those jobs? And how do we make sure that hard work leads to a decent living?”

I guess telling people lies they want to hear, doesn’t bother them, even when they know they’re being blatantly lied to.
Instead they just get angry when others point out the lies because they’re not going along with those who want to believe the lies.
So far bo has been way ahead of me in his extreme actions.
And now, I am going to try to get ahead of the prediction curve.
I predict: during his SOTU address, when justifying drone attacks on US citizens, bo will direct our eyes to a live TV feed, and will push a red button, commanding a drone/Hellfire launch on Chris Dorner’s hideout.
Thus solving a myriad of problems.
I predict the missile will miss it's target, and blow up the wrong house.
Unfortunately, that became apparent in the Clinton years. Many like to be lied to, sadly enough.
It's worse now. Clinton never had the following in office Obama now has. He got 43 and 49% of the vote.
For whatever ills might have been seen in the Bush years, the guy was a straight shooter and said it like it is. That apparently isn't what people want.
obozo is not capable of speaking the truth. I wonder if he realizes that his fraudulent achievement and all of his lies will one day affect his daughters. It’s sad that he doesn’t really care about them either.
I find it amazing, when Obama continues to give the same speech over and over, he still has to read it off the teleprompter.
