Many Americans have become disturbed and very angry regarding the behavior of law enforcement, and their, "us VS them" mentality.
All this as they've ramped up into a paramilitary posture in the past 30 years or so, using the WOD as an excuse. Not to mention the corruption as cops and others in government retiring with massive lottery style government pensions as the rest of us get economically gang raped by governemnt.
This law enforcement attitude and behavior in many cases over the past few decades should be enough to make most Americans recoil is disgust.
I imagine that Chris Dorner hisself is wearing a shirt like this, because why not?

It's also understandable the underling causes rationalizing support of this guy are equally clear. See 12. I am not saying it's right, only that this was all very predictable due to past events regarding government/law enforcement in the past several decades, their tactics and how they treat people.
