A justice of the Supreme Court is impeached by the House and faces trial in the Senate. Yes, I meant "impeached," not "convict."
Still irrelevant on the basis of the fact that you have to get impeachment in the House, and as much as you'd love for that to happen you simply won't get it with this House.
HOWEVER — in that case, even though he had not been forcibly removed, I don’t see him as being able to remain on the Court afterwards.
Sounds like you are just licking you chops at that prospect.

it is not as concrete as I state it. Even so...in my mind....it’s pretty clear.
at the very minimum, we know as has been stated in this thread, that something fishy happened with Roberts.
Blackmail is the only logical explanation.
