Christopher Dorner allegedly called Randall Quan after killing his daughter Monica and told him he should have 'protected her better'.

Quan, a former LAPD captain, represented Dorner at the review board where he was stripped of his badge.

He’s not going to attack them head on, but from the sides and where they are weak. Very much like terror tactics.

Classic insurgency tactics, and reeks of Sun Tsu. He is controlling them, not the other way around, and selecting his place and time of engagement.

Like it or not, approve or not, take notes. He's showing people how TPTB can be messed with far beyond what one guy should be able to do if they are as powerful as they would have us believe.

The lessons, better applied, could be handy someday.

What percentage of lapd cops shoot innocents without warning, in your estimation?

I'd guess that depends on how many innocents were anywhere near (or downrange from) the person they were shooting at.

...but he sure is a case study in how to garner support in 21st century American asymmetrical warfare on the homefront.

Exactly.

re: “So you think it is ok for Police to go around and attempt to execute anyone they see without ant reason whatsoever?? Why you aren’t calling for their immediate arrest and prosecution for Attempted Murder??”

First of all, your response to my post is a dodge of the question. Dorner DID murder a murder a completely innocent woman and her fiance in cold, premeditated blood. Then, called the woman’s father to taunt him. The two he murdered had NOTHING to do with what did or did not happen to Dorner.

You claimed Dorner was only targeting police who “did him wrong” (in his mind) and therefore was completely justified in who he was out to kill. Therefore your statement was completely false. That was my only point - not defending LAPD actions.

As to your questions to me, who in LAPD are you saying “attempted murder”? Are you talking about the police who nearly killed two women delivering stuff with their truck?

If this is what you are referring to, the officers in question mistakenly and stupidly fired on two absolutely innocent people - gross, horrible incompetence, but ATTEMPTED PREMEDITATED MURDER?? I don’t think so - gross incompetence or even attempted manslaughter. They should be removed from their positions - but this was not “attempted murder”.

Or, are you speaking of people Dorner claims LAPD killed? If so, Dorner needs to prove what he says with evidence (which he possibly has). But, just because Dorner says “this and this happened” does that mean that that is the gospel truth?

I don’t know if any of Dorner’s accusations are true and neither do you. So far, all the evidence he has given is his side of the story in his so-called “manifesto”. Based upon that you are claiming he is justified in what he is doing?

I make no excuses for Dorner, He is wrong to be Killing people, But I also believe the Police should be Held to at least the same standards that they hold us to, actually I believe they should be held to a MUCH HIGHER STANDARD. If a Private Citizen were to do this EXACT SAME THING and then claim “mistaken Identity” they WOULD BE BROUGHT UP ON ATTEMPTED MURDER CHARGES, No questions asked. Obviously you believe they are Above the Law and should never be held to any standards. Sieg Heil

Sorry I just cannot let this go unchecked. Our own Government, your beloved President did this exact thing recently, were you calling for his Immediate Arrest?? Impeachment?? Maybe you should look here first before spouting off your nonsense. In this case Your Beloved President sent a SEPARATE DRONE TO EXECUTE the 16 yr old son of a known terrorist, Who was by their own admission Completely INNOCENT But that is OK right?? So why is it not OK if a Citizen does it, after all The Government should be Leading by example right??

It's an insignificant percentage...until one of your family members is the victim.

re: “Sorry I just cannot let this go unchecked. Our own Government, your beloved President did this exact thing recently, were you calling for his Immediate Arrest?? Impeachment?? Maybe you should look here first before spouting off your nonsense.”

What does this have to do with your statement that Dorner was only targeting LAPD cops that wronged him?? Where did I ever say that I agreed with drone assassinations? Where did I ever lead you to believe that I supported Obama in what he is doing with drones? Again, what does this have to do with you saying Dorner was only targeting LAPD who wronged him?

You still haven’t acknowledged that Dorner killed two innocent civilians who had NOTHING TO DO WITH the wrongs done to Dorner. You still haven’t acknowledged that your orginial statement was completely false.

As to LAPD shooting those two innocent women - are you seriously trying to say that you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the police officers KNEW that the person in the vehicle was NOT Dorner, yet they fired anyway?

You know beyond a reasonable doubt that the police officers involved planned to kill those two women and that they were just using this Dorner thing to cover the fact that they wanted to murder those women?

There is such a thing as friendly fire, manslaughter, and differing degrees of manslaughter - you know that, right?

Now, whether or not an average citizen was charged with murder for doing the same thing - that would be wrong as well. Hunters accidentlly kill other hunters or just people passing by all the time, but are not charged with murder - they are charged with manslaughter, unless it can be proven that there is evidence that it was premeditated.

Honestly, I don’t get what you are trying to say. You made an outrageous statement of claiming that Dorner was only targeting LAPD cops - legitimate targets in your opinion - I merely pointed out that Dorner intentionally targeted his former lawyer’s daughter and her fiance - people who had nothing to do with what happened to him.

Why are you so angry at me? Why do you think I support LAPD’s actions or Obama’s drone assassinations? What did I say that makes you think that? Or, are you just ticked off at me for questioning what you said?

That was what I was responding to - your statement. I was not defending LAPD or Obama or drone assassinations.
