Christopher Dorner allegedly called Randall Quan after killing his daughter Monica and told him he should have 'protected her better'.

Quan, a former LAPD captain, represented Dorner at the review board where he was stripped of his badge.

Thats fine, if its decided by a court and a jury.

So you are opposed to self defense?

If this fine man should enter my home I should not judge that he is there to harm me but should offer him tea and cookies?

And just what is it that you are so interested in hearing him say? What soaring oratory could he give that would justify his getting an audience by deliberately killing innocent people?

And what about all those other people who kill to get people to listen to them? Shall we provide all of them with platforms for their list of grievances?

Re: “This lunatic is only going after ARMED POLICE who are being protected by More ARMED POLICE, They are prepared because they were warned in advance.”

Really?? How about Quan’s daughter and her fiance? They were sitting in a car and this monster shot them point blank, then calls the father to taunt him. That is inhuman behavior.

Whatever wrongs Dorner endured, no one murdered his family and called him about it to make fun of him. Everything he said in his “manifesto” may be absolutely true, but what he is doing now is immoral and evil. I pray they stop him before he kills anyone else, and, I pray he is captured and tried and ultimately convicted.

That way his story will come out, yet he will face the crimes he committed - at least we hope.

I doubt seriously that he will allow himself to be captured. I believe he will kill himself before that happens.

I find it troubling that 30-some-odd shots were fired from a few feet away and there were only minor injuries???

Maybe less cultural sensitivity training and a little more range time is in order.

And maybe some more vehicle ID and color classes and whatever would be involved to help them differentiate two small women from a 240 lb. black male.

Am I being too harsh?

Your perp has ‘gone to ground’ He’ll surface only when he feels the need to kill another asshole. They deserve each other. Crooked cops killing corrupt cops. Sounds like a growth industry.

Another FReeper said that the ladies were fortunate it was the police shooting at them. If it was a civilian shooter they would have died, and the civilian wouldn’t have needed more than the contents of a half-moon clip in an old revolver. Another thing that is truly fortunate is that those rounds from the cops did not strike other civilians downrange. The cops exhibited absolutely zero control over their firearms and what lay beyond their targets - and let us not even mention their lack of identification on what their target really was, nor the fact that they did not even shout out a warning but rather blasted gang-banger style. I would not be surprised if they fired their handguns sideways.

I don't know..I still don't think this guy is stupid by a long shot. Think about it. With some planning you can pepper yourself all over the Internet praising zero, and the msm and actors and all sorts of "low information" voter hot topics and commence. What have you done for yourself? You now have a support base where none existed before purely by the stupidity of this country by and large alone.
This guy operated in LAPD's back yard, either got derailed in Big Bear (I read another thread where the truck's axel was hosed>) or used Big Bear as a diversion and now has LAPD and the authorities to the point that they admit they cannot do their job so a bounty is issued. This guy is owning them left and right and all this forum can go on is outlet news (whom they would otherwise scream BIAS!!! any other time) and a police department with a shady history as it is.

Now, I don't condone what this guy has done and hope he doesn't get to do anymore damage; but he sure is a case study in how to garner support in 21st century American asymmetrical warfare on the homefront.

(I agree with the few other posters here, bring this guy in alive, he has a tale to tell; then we can all see if he is nutz or brilliant but a psycho all the same)

At any rate, he's winning hearts and minds of the left (which is a large enough portion of the voting base these days as evidenced by the last election and the msm's shift to party mode vice anything reporting mode) and he just might continue for a bit. Study it while you can because it will be scrubbed and diluted soon.

What percentage of lapd cops shoot innocents without warning, in your estimation?

percentage?

They say about nine cops were shooting at those innocent women and I don’t remember how many shot at or wrecked the truck on the highway.

I doubt it is even 0.5% at this point.

He may be smart, but he is CRAZY.

No sane person kills innocent people. He has.

I do not trust the LAPD, but this guy is certifiable.

Smart and Crazy are not mutually exclusive terms.

“To be fair as long as you aren’t driving a vehicle which sorta kinda resembles a black pickup you should be fine”

The Perp torched that car 3 days ago. He could be in any vehicle at this point.

I may not know just what went on in him getting fired from the LAPD, but by virtue of his actions after the fact, it is very clear it was the correct decision whether or not it was “fair” to him at the time. He has more than demonstrated he shouldn’t have been a cop in the first place if this is how he deals with injustice.

No, we don't "ought to hear what he has to say." No more then we "ought to hear what Khalid Sheikh Mohammed has to say" or we "ought to hear what Nidal Malik Hasan has to say".

Shooting people because your tender wittle feelings got hurt reduces my interest in "what you have to say" greatly. The moment you start targeting people who had nothing to do with your little tender feelings being hurt my interest in "what you have to say" drops to somewhere around Zero Kelvin.

At that point you don't need your ego stroked, you just need to die.

This isn't about stroking egos. He deserves a trial like every other US citizen does. The fact that SOME of the police in LA (and perhaps elsewhere) are acting like NAZI stormtroopers to get this guy, coupled with the words in his facebook "manifesto" tell me that he's maybe uncovered some serious corruption within the department. Maybe he's wrong, but if there is corruption, it needs to be outed, not swept under the rug.

I'm not condoning his murderous acts, if he even committed them. But neither do I condone shooting up innocents or busting down peoples' doors in order to silence ones' opposition. And right now, that appears to be what SOME police are doing.

So you think it is ok for Police to go around and attempt to execute anyone they see without ant reason whatsoever?? Why you aren’t calling for their immediate arrest and prosecution for Attempted Murder??

No I’m against summary execution by the police. You know there’s a difference between self-defense and summary execution?

I know you guys probably aren’t taught this anymore but its murder when you kill someone who isn’t trying to do you harm.

They'd have to be able to hit a target. So far, that doesn't seem to be the case.

Sure they can. They hit that lady paper deliverer in the back. That only took a few dozen shots. Be fair.

“The cops exhibited absolutely zero control over their firearms and what lay beyond their targets”

Cross my mind yesterday while in traffic. I was stopped in a line of traffic and noticed off to my right a homeless guy holding a bottle of beer up. Past him was a cop with her hand on her gun.

If she had started shooting this whole line of cars woulda made sure the bullets stopped.
