I hope they are not on at the same time. I would really like to hear both speeches. While I believe I am more Conservative than Rubio is sometimes, I acknowledge that, to win the WH, we must appeal to the majority of the middle of the road citizens. Flame away if you must.

People are attracted to people with principles that actually stand for something. Even if they don’t always agree with the person in question, most will respect that person for being consistent in their values and positions.
That is something that is almost impossible in the squishy middle. See Romney and McCain as perfect examples.

Not meaning to flame, but if you want middle of the road, Rubio is your man. He’s not mine. I’ve had it with liberal Republicans pandering to certain groups of people for votes.
