OMG, my sister used to live left at the bull, first right, in that neighborhood!
My bff’s girl was stuck in her school bus! She didn’t get home until 6:30pm. She was stuck on her bus, hysterical, until her Dad went to rescue her.
They really effed up on this storm. 1st they cancelled school, then they reopened it, then left these poor kids stuck on a school bus for hours!
You must have been out of your mind! I don’t have children, but I get all the “worry” from my bff!
I don’t know how you parents do it. God Bless you. He has to have a SPECIAL HAND upon you.

Oh dear, that poor baby! She must have been very frightened to be separated from her folks for so long. I’m glad she got home OK too.
Thank you for your kind words about being a parent. It surely can be challenging. The hardest part is trying not to let your natural worry get the better of you. Sometimes you just have to close your eyes and pray that all will be well with them. That, and running a tight ship at home! LOL
