I just talked with Congressman Dr Paul Broun. He is running to replace Saxby as US Senator from GA.
I need anyone and everyone who is interested in helping or learning to please contact me via FREEPmail.
I have personally spent time with this man, praying, dining, etc..
He is a present US Congressman from GA, but not MY Congressman. I have never been able to vote for him, because I am not in his district, yet he is always there when I need him. ALWAYS!
In the comment section of this thread I will be providing information about him. I am willing to answer questions that I can, and dedicated to getting the answers that I do not already have.
If you like Herman Cain at all-- you will LOVE Dr Broun!
I am committed to protecting the constitutional rights and pocketbooks of every American. I will apply the following four-way test to every piece of legislation that comes before the House for a vote:
1) Is it Right/Moral?
2) Is it Constitutional?
3) Is it Necessary?
4) Is it Affordable?
You better hope Karl Rove does not endorse him. He would be toast.
Rove will most likely endorse Price or Gingrey or Sonny Purdue!

We live in Lowndes Co. GA, Lake Park, actually. I’ve written both our senators several times in the 2 years we have lived here after retiring from overseas service. I told Chambliss twice this past election cycle that I would do ANYTHING I could to help primary him off the ballot. I was thrilled to see him say he was retiring! So, yes, I am interested and want to know more. We lived overseas for 25.5 years, FL residents, so we knew more about FL candidates. We want to put forward the very best candidate for Chambliss’ seat.

I liked Herman Cain, even got very involved in his campaign last year - until he endorsed Marco Rubio's Gang of 8 amnesty plan last week. No longer.
How is Broun on illegal immigration?
Pro-constitution, Marine, doctor who makes house calls, etc.

That is a little disconcerting. As a Christian, I would like him to have Number one and two switched. How do I know a candidate and I have the same idea of what is right and moral? The first one should be is it Constitutional. Then is it right and moral. I am just being picky, perhaps, but I would like to know more about this candidate.
All my conversations and interviews via radio have been great...

although- they may not be politically correct..he is not a PR person’s wet dream— but he is passionate, honest, and not in any way corrupt...he is the real deal.. no games, no gimmicks...

Dr Broun is against any form or Amnesty...PERIOD..
he does not believe that conservatives or Republicans need to compromise values in any way..is not afraid of the PC police..he is not afraid....
He is not afraid of the GOP establishment...
don’t get me wrong— he is well aware of the GOP power and money..but he cannot be bought or hushed...
