Brennan is Roger?
Seems like it, though some details don’t exactly match, probably to conceal ‘Roger’ a bit. Research Brennan’s policy influence, background and behavior quirks. They sure match ‘Roger’.
And if Brennan isn’t Roger, I haven’t been able to identify another candidate.
Otherwise, the ‘Brennan is Muslim’ claim is just blogger speculation. It’s also possible Brennan did a fake conversion to gain the confidence of someone important.
yea, it would sure help if someone tied the connection from Roger to John. Easy step.

The WP article was posted as evidence that Brennan is Roger.
Yet, the article cites Roger as being appointed Director of the Counter-Terrorism Center in 2006, taking over from Robert Grenier. However, Brennan's bio (Wikipedia) states that he was director of the CTC in 2004-05 (which the article attributes to Grenier).
It's a muddle.

The WP article identifies Roger as deeply involved in the Osama bin Laden operation, but as not being present in the White House situation room for the event -- instead remaining in the CIA's operations center.
Meanwhile, the Wikipedia bio has a photo showing Brennan (standing, 2nd from right) present in the White House situation room.
Evidently, Roger is not Brennan.
