I think this guy will commit suicide. He has nowhere to go.
He already has, and he knows it. He just hasn't stopped moving yet.
The question is who else he takes out before he eats a bullet.

I think he will continue to try to fulfill his twisted dream. He could eventually commit suicide, but only if he finds himself trapped... he will not want to give the LEOs the satisfaction of taking him to jail or killing him.
Presently, in his mind he has reason to live, revenge..... and that drives him from one hour to the next.
No, I think he plans to kill more cops. He knows where they are, who they are, where their families are, and he knows how they are trained to respond. He’ll just keep offing them until he’s caught or killed. Kill as many cops as he can kill, would appear to be his MO.
Conversely, what you have here is a microcosm of what will happen in any mass gun grab, confiscation scenario or police state action. Just look at the spastic response by law enforcement. Shooting innocents without warning or justification beyond having a certain color vehicle. Morons!
Just think if cops ever start to confiscate guns and and arrest those who do not turn them in.
Day one - no problem.
Day two, no problem.
In the days after that, they will start dropping like flies while they mow their lawns, fuel their vehicles, stop at the grocery or drop their kids off to school.
Very few look past the here and now to see likely outcomes of bad decisions, made by poor thinkers, when they seek to trample on free men and their families. A societal collapse will correct this ignorance very quickly.
While this killer has none of my sympathy, he is serving to demonstrate aptly the chaos and mayhem one armed individual can cause against a perceived enemy.
How many men do you think are focused solely on locating him right now?
