If you read his ‘manifesto’ you would have recognized the ramblings of a man who blames everyone and everything for his own short comings. He is seriously delusional. It has NOTHING to do with being railroaded. This guy had a chip on his shoulder from word one and has no completely lost it. People who did nothing to him are being killed. I could care less about his “manifesto” and did not read it, however, He filed a complaint against his “Training Officer” for KICKING a Man in the HEAD while Handcuffed, the Victim “CONFIRMED” the Brutality, so did the Victims Father and other Witnesses, the Star Chamber in the LAPD WILLFULLY DISREGARDED THEIR TESTIMONY, and found the Probationary Officer to be LYING. So you might wish to actually get the facts straight. This does not mean they deserved to be Killed, just that THEY BROUGHT THIS ON THEMSELVES.
