You are authorized and directed to submit this determination to the Congress, along with the accompanying Memorandum of Justification, and to publish the determination in the Federal Register.
BARACK OBAMA
Back in September, our president, presidential decree, removed the presidential directive not to allow child soldiers. It is now OK for children to fight as warriors in Libya, South Sudan, Yemen, and the Congo.
This man is an animal.

Child soldiers are the main reason I don’t want Americans involved in Sub Saharan Africa. There is nothing that will psychologically destroy a soldier faster than being forced to fire on children. This will open them up to that likelihood while exposing them to prosecution for war crimes.
This is a freakin horror show.
Isn’t interesting that Obama was sending Special Ops troops into Yemen back in May?

And also into Libya in September...
Obama Notifies Congress of Troops Deployed to Libya ...
He didn't remove the prohibition against the deployment of child soldiers by "governmental armed forces or government-supported armed groups, including paramilitaries, militias, or civil defense forces" per se, but he is allowing the United States to provide equipment and training to those forces.
Besides condoning the use of child soldiers, I cannot see how providing military equipment, training, and funding to hostiles in Libya and Yemen, et al., is in the national interests of the United States.
Kerry's first play as Secretary of State.
Time to make some big money he can call his own.
What was I thinking. It’s a classic clinton deal.
Probably will be months before we hear about Kerry’s special arrangements.
it is a horror show, but you see only we few in Free Republic will ever know what he just did.
The media will not report this. Do not look for it on CNN in any form.
Besides some of those kids can probably fight as well as half the women Obama wants to put in combat.
