Long time contributor Dick Morris will no longer be a talking head on Fox New Channel. His contract is up and we will not be renewing it, a spokesperson for the news network confirmed today.
A perpetual presence during last years Presidential election, Morris has not been seen on FNC since November 12.
Earlier today, he did announce via Twitter that he would be making an appearance on CNNs Piers Morgan Tonight on Wednesday.
That will be the first time the conservative former Clinton advisor has appeared on CNN since 2002.
Morris isnt the only big name contributor departure from the top rated new network.
FNC recently parted ways with former GOP VP candidate Sarah Palin after three years.
On the other hand, Fox News also re-signed Karl Rove to a multiyear contract and added liberal former Congressman Dennis Kucinich as a contributor.
Fox should have fired him a long, long time ago.
Dick Morris is a con man. He found his niche telling conservatives what they wanted to hear. Never mind his predictions were mostly crap.
Wouldn’t surprise me if Morris goes over to CNN and quickly starts changing his tune and begins trashing conservatives.
Hillary will be the next president and Fox doesn’t want to piss her off. They’re phony as a three dollar bill.
I wonder why FOX is changing its focus with such good ratings over the last period.
What is the targeted demographic now? How is it different?
I guess that may be secondary to the wishes of the owners and their personal agendas for the news station.
As in all things, follow the money, follow the power.
For certain, it is to at least keep the influences of the conservatives out of the company.
JUST WONDERING.....
Does Dennis still have that tall leggy wife??? haven’t seen her with him since the election...he has a past that he can’t keep ‘cool pretty’ woman...His first wife and mother of his ONLY child, was a very pretty woman as well!!!
oh well, who really give a dang...DOES IT REALLY MATTER??
+1
I no longer believe that Rove has a value system. He just as many others is only in it for the power.
I would not have said that 4 years ago.
The GOP is dead unless it nominates a conservative.
Rove did everything he could to make sure that did not happen for both election cycles 2010 and 2012
they resigned Rove?
wow, he should have been kicked to the curb too
FReepers need to differentiate between “political analysts” and “entertainers”...
