I'm sorry, but how many of Obama's speeches can legitimately be called "great?" I cannot think of any quotable line from any of Obama's speeches.
Just more evidence that Hollywood and Washington are in bed together and enjoying their common cultures.

This doesn’t surprise me a bit. The ranks of Hollywood screen writers, producers, directors and actors are probably loaded with former speech writers, campaign workers and Washington staff members of Democratic politicians.
I’ll bet some of them have switched back and forth from Democratic Party operative to Hollywood contract numerous times. And the transition would be virtually seamless.
